Information Technology Solutions (ITS) is pleased to announce the upcoming implementation of the first phase of a one-stop-shop for all of your account access needs, launching Tuesday, December 4, 2018. The MyAccount Portal will allow our campus faculty, staff and students to visit a central location to manage account access preferences - change/update your password, manage security questions, as well as provide a pathway to enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication.

Please note the following user experience adjustments:

  • When first logging into the Central Authentication Service (CAS), an additional prompt will appear to choose and answer three security questions – this is a one-time only prompt. Once complete, you will be directed to your intended destination. 
  • The ITS BearHelp will be able to assist those requesting a password be reset (once identity is verified). Additionally, a new self-service reset option will be available for those users who have set up security questions.
  • Those wishing to enroll in MFA can do so from this portal and will be directed to the existing enrollment page at https://mfaportal.ucr.edu. Come Winter 2019, MFA enrollment functionality will be integrated into the MyAccount portal as it will be required for all campus users (regardless of affiliation).
