Wellness & Recognition Program
ITS has implemented the Monthly Employee Wellness & Recognition Program to recognize and reward ITS staff for their excellent service to our organization and to the campus as a whole.
All campus constituents can nominate ITS staff members for two distinguished awards - ITS Employee of the Month and ITS Team of the Month. Once nominations are received, the voting committee rank orders the nominees for lead candidates based on merit and achievement. The ITS Leadership Team then considers the nominee ranks to select the monthly award winners. The awardees are recognized at the monthly ITS All Hands Meeting.

Professional Development Program
In an effort to create consistency and transparency around requests for professional development by ITS staff, the Professional Development Review (PDR) committee was established.
The PDR committee is comprised of one representative from each ITS division who engage in the review and consideration of professional development requests across ITS. The objective of the Professional Development Review committee is to combine both the voice of the director and equitable distribution across the division based on the group's feedback. The PDR committee reviews the director's lists and justifications, deliberates on each request and submits a prioritized list to the CIO for final review and approval based on budget available for the quarter.
In order to stay one quarter ahead with reviews and approvals (for early registrations and budget planning), please use the following schedule:
