Official Drawing Rules: 2026 Campus Portal Student Survey
As part of our commitment to "Making IT Possible" and improving the digital experience for all Highlanders, Information Technology Solutions (ITS) is conducting a student survey to gather feedback on the campus portal. Your insights will help us build a more intuitive, future-focused campus portal.
Eligibility
The drawing is open to all currently enrolled University of California, Riverside, undergraduate and graduate students.
How to Enter
There are two ways to earn entries into the drawing:
- Primary Entry: Complete the official Campus Portal Survey. Upon completion, you will be prompted to provide your UCR email address to be entered into the drawing.
- Bonus Entry (Referral): Encourage your fellow Highlanders to participate! Promote the survey through a student organization’s social media account or a community communication channel (such as a Slack workspace or Discord server) that includes at least 10 other UCR students.
- To claim your bonus entry, take a screenshot of your post/message and email it to its@ucr.edu (note that you will receive an auto-reply, however, entries will be monitored by ITS staff).
- Limit: One bonus entry per student.
Prizes and Odds
- Prizes: Ten (10) individual winners will be selected. The prize pool consists of:
- Five (5) $50 DoorDash e-gift cards
- Five (5) $50 Starbucks e-gift cards
- Distribution: The specific gift card type (DoorDash or Starbucks) will be assigned at random to each winner. Prize types cannot be exchanged or substituted.
- Winner Limitation: A student can only win one gift card. If a name is drawn a second time (via a bonus entry), a new winner will be selected for that prize.
- Odds: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Drawing and Notification
- Winners will be selected at random from the pool of eligible entries.
- Winners will be notified via their official UCR R’Mail (Google) account.
- Winners must sign a DocuSign form acknowledging receipt of the gift receipt.
- If a winner does not respond within five (5) business days of the initial notification, a runner-up may be selected.
