The Enterprise Infrastructure division provides reliable, effective, and scalable technology infrastructure in support of teaching, research, business operations, and the University's long-term strategic vision.
The Enterprise Solutions division develops and maintains software that meets the current and future business needs of the University, including human resources, auxiliary, and finance functions.
The Information Security and Identity & Access Management division protects the data of the University and its students, faculty, and staff. This division also oversees the identity and access management solution that provides appropriate user access to UCR systems.
STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS
The Student Information Systems (SIS) division delivers integrated reporting and student technology solutions, managing over 70 services and custom-developed applications.
CAMPUS SUPPORT + ASSESSMENT
The Campus Support and Assessment division serves the UCR community by providing IT knowledge, tools, and support to students, faculty, and staff.
The Portfolio Management Office identifies, evaluates, and prioritizes ITS' portfolio of projects and helps allocate resources based on the University's strategic plan.
FINANCIAL + ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
The Financial & Administrative division is an internal service center for ITS’s financial and administrative matters, supporting all ITS staff.
