UC Riverside Women in Technology (UCR WIT) will host its first formal event on at 10 AM on Tuesday, November 8, at the Barn Stable on campus. Attendees will hear from guest speakers, learn about mentorship, and discuss issues affecting women in tech.  

Provost Watkins will kick off the event with a keynote address that highlights her own professional journey and the importance of mentorship. Other key speakers include ITS Executive Director of Student Information Systems Teri Eckman, ITS Manager of Identity and Access Management Sureyya Tuncel, and Associate Director of Campus Reporting Solutions Danielle Rodenhauser. Attendees can look forward to meeting other women in tech and strengthening their professional networks over a delicious lunch.
