BearHelp refers to the primary IT help desk for campus. The BearHelp team is your first line of support should you experience an IT issue or require technical support. The team is comprised of knowledgeable and friendly support staff who work quickly to resolve the issue. In instances where the IT problem is complex or widespread, BearHelp will escalate the issue to the ITS team that specializes in the area of concern.
To receive support, visit ithelp.ucr.edu and select “submit support ticket” from the navigation bar. You will be asked to log in with your NetID credentials to confirm your identity. In the event you are unable to log in with your credentials or you would prefer to speak to someone over the phone, you can also reach BearHelp during normal business hours (Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM) by calling 951-827-4848.
Please note that at this time BearHelp is only able to offer support during normal business hours. If you need immediate support after hours, we encourage you to visit the ITS Knowledge Base, which contains self-help articles and troubleshooting guidance.
