New R’Mail Storage Quota in Place for UCR Alumni
The new 10.00 GB R'Mail alumni quota went into effect on September 3, 2024. Qualifying alumni R’Mail accounts that are over the 10.00 GB storage limit are being reset, which permanently deletes all data and email associated with the account. Please note that UCR cannot offer any exceptions and any lost data is unrecoverable.

Scheduled Maintenance Requiring Power Down of Some Campus Services
To ensure service stability for fall quarter, ITS must perform generator maintenance at the UCR School of Medicine Data Center (SOM DC) on September 23, 2024, from 7:00 PM until 3:00 AM (PST) the following morning. To perform this maintenance, campus services housed within SOM DC will be powered down and unavailable for the duration of the maintenance period.
