We would like to inform you that the upcoming system blackout for the Financial System Replacement Program, Impact23, will affect vendor risk assessments (VRAs).
From June 16 th through July 6th, 2023. This will cause delays for VRAs.
During the next few weeks leading up to the blackout period, the Information Security Office will focus on triaging and assigning data classification levels for your requests. We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the following deadline guidelines:
-
For requests that will be categorized as handling data with a classification level of P2 or lower, please ensure that you submit your intake form no later than June 9. After this date, we cannot guarantee that these requests will be processed before the blackout period begins.
-
For requests that will be categorized as handling data with a classification level of P3 and higher, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee completion of the VRA before the blackout period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
During the blackout period, our team will continue working on pending requests, but they will not be processed by the procurement system until after the blackout ends. If you have any urgent concerns or require further assistance, please reach out to the ISO Risk team at iso-vra@ucr.edu. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this maintenance period.
