Please try your request again. If the problem persists, you will need the following information to submit a support ticket:
- Any error messages received when trying to access the application
- The name of the application you are trying to access
- The date and time of your last attempt to access the application
- Your UCR NetID
Once you have the above information, please submit a support ticket in the UCR ServiceLink portal. Under category select "Identity Management" and under subcategory select "Shibboleth."
