Information Technology Solutions is proud to recognize Raymond Reyes as the September 2022 Employee of the Month! Raymond was nominated for his teamwork, dedication, and excellent customer service.  

Sheri Morgan elaborates on his nomination: 

“Ray is the exact definition of a team player. He consistently focuses on supporting both ITS stakeholders as well as his colleagues. Ray is always willing to give a helping hand for any task that he is assigned and volunteers to take on additional tasks to help his teammates. No task is too insignificant for him.  

Over the past month, Ray completed firewall rules, supported the wireless improvement project by installing APs, took over as the network lead for the Rivera Library Network refresh project (which included installing numerous switches, patching cables, connecting customers' computers to their new workstations), and took the lead completing the documentation for network devices that were being decommissioned.  

Additionally, Ray often goes out in the field to support customer issues. He provides excellent customer service and always is quick to jump on a call to walk a customer through an issue or go out to the customer site to perform testing and support. Ray is sought after by the team due to his easygoing manner and his willingness to help the team in any way that is needed. Ray is inquisitive, a quick learner, and a great team member.”
