Information Technology Solutions is proud to recognize the Concur Integrations team, consisting of Marla Reyes and Josh Kraft, as Team of the Quarter for Summer 2022! We would like to thank Marla for the hard work and effort she put into the move from iTravel to Concur, and we would like to express our gratitude to Josh for his tenacity and willingness to learn and adapt to support this effort. 

Varsha Dhodapkar provides further insight on the nomination: 

“Many kudos go to Marla for single-handedly carrying the load through most of the project to work on the integrations required to move existing functionality from iTravel to Concur, the first system to be implemented as part of the overall UCRFS implementation. Her attention to detail and perseverance in deciphering the detailed specifications and data mapping of the new system, which were not always clear and required numerous clarifications from the vendor and the business, was instrumental in successfully delivering the integrations.  

Josh Kraft was brought on board one month ago to support Marla to tackle one of the most critical integrations of the implementation that dealt with correctly posting all payment transactions from Concur to Peoplesoft. Without much background in the financial system and working only with Marla as a team, Josh worked relentlessly to decipher the data coming or not coming from the new system, working patiently with the business and the vendor to understand the specification--a few times uncovering new areas that had not been completely thought through--and successfully completing the integration within four weeks, which allowed the Pilot users to proceed with exercising the key functionality of the system.”
