Effective October 10, 2025, third-party AI notetaking and transcription tools such as Spinach AI, Read AI, and Fireflies AI will be blocked from joining meetings hosted by UCR-based Zoom accounts. Highlanders should use Zoom AI Companion when utilizing AI in virtual meetings.
